Compliance

GBI's compliance program is designed to protect users, maintain platform integrity, and reduce the risk of financial crime, fraud, prohibited conduct, and misleading promotion.

1. Compliance Framework

This Compliance page describes the control principles GBI applies to account access, platform activity, purchases, rewards, referrals, and support interactions. It is not a statement that every GBI product is available in every jurisdiction or that any regulator has approved the platform.

GBI's framework is risk-based. Controls may vary depending on account type, region, activity level, wallet behavior, payment method, referral activity, regulatory expectations, and information received from compliance partners or public sources.

Availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for confirming that they may lawfully access the platform from their location. GBI may restrict accounts, features, transactions, rewards, or referrals where legal, regulatory, sanctions, fraud, or operational risk requires it.

2. Identity Verification and Account Review

GBI may require users to complete know-your-customer and account verification checks before accessing certain features. Verification may include personal identification, address confirmation, document review, liveness checks, wallet ownership review, source-of-funds information, and enhanced due diligence for higher-risk activity.

We may reject, delay, suspend, or close accounts if information is inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, or associated with activity that creates legal, financial crime, security, or reputational risk.

3. Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing

GBI maintains controls intended to reduce the risk that the platform is used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity. These controls may include customer screening, wallet analytics, transaction monitoring, behavioral review, source-of-funds checks, activity thresholds, alerts, manual investigation, and recordkeeping.

Where required or appropriate, GBI may file reports, respond to lawful requests, preserve records, restrict activity, or share information with competent authorities, compliance vendors, financial institutions, exchanges, or legal advisors.

4. Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions

GBI does not permit access where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, embargoes, export controls, or platform restrictions. Users must not use VPNs, false information, nominee accounts, or third-party wallets to bypass location, sanctions, or eligibility controls.

If we identify a sanctions or restricted-jurisdiction concern, we may freeze platform activity, request additional information, block transactions, restrict rewards, terminate access, or take other steps required by law or risk policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use GBI for any unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or high-risk activity, including:

  • money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, or use of stolen credentials;
  • market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump activity, or coordinated deception;
  • misleading income claims, guaranteed-return claims, fake testimonials, or unauthorized financial promotion;
  • creating duplicate, nominee, automated, or synthetic accounts to manipulate rewards or referrals;
  • attempting to compromise security controls, scrape platform data, reverse engineer systems, or disrupt service availability;
  • using the platform on behalf of a prohibited person, entity, wallet, or jurisdiction.

6. Referral and Marketing Standards

Referral participants must present GBI accurately and responsibly. Marketing must not state or imply that earnings are guaranteed, risk-free, regulator-approved, insured, or available to everyone. Any discussion of rewards must be balanced with clear risk language and must not pressure users to purchase access tiers or recruit others.

GBI may remove referral eligibility, reverse rewards, restrict accounts, or request correction of promotional materials where marketing conduct is inaccurate, aggressive, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform policy.

7. Cybersecurity and Asset Protection

GBI applies layered security controls to protect platform operations and user information. These may include secure infrastructure, access controls, monitoring, encryption, wallet-risk review, change management, incident response procedures, vendor review, and internal access restrictions.

Users also play an important role in security. You should use strong passwords, enable available account protections, avoid sharing login credentials, verify URLs before signing in, and report suspicious messages or account activity promptly.

8. Records, Audits, and Monitoring

GBI may maintain account records, verification records, transaction references, communication logs, compliance decisions, and audit trails for the periods required by law, risk policy, dispute resolution, or operational needs. Monitoring may be automated, manual, or supported by third-party providers.

9. Reporting Concerns

Users, partners, and community members are encouraged to report suspicious activity, misleading promotion, impersonation, phishing, unauthorized account access, sanctions concerns, or conduct that may violate these standards. Reports should include dates, account identifiers, wallet addresses, screenshots, URLs, and a concise explanation of the concern where available.

10. Policy Updates

GBI may update this Compliance page as laws, regulatory expectations, platform features, or risk controls evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Contact

Compliance questions or reports should be submitted through the official GBI support channel or account dashboard. Urgent security or account-access concerns should be marked clearly in the subject or first line of the message.
