1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GBI website, account dashboard, purchase flow, referral tools, support channels, and related platform features. In these Terms, "GBI," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Gold Bridge International and the relevant operating affiliates that make the platform available.

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a GBI access tier, or continuing to use the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You may use the platform only if you are legally permitted to do so in your place of residence and are able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GBI is lawful under the rules that apply to you.

You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your account details current, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Activity conducted through your account may be treated as activity authorized by you unless we determine otherwise.

3. Nature of the Platform

GBI provides a digital asset platform experience that may include access tier purchases, dashboard records, reward tracking, referral information, educational content, support tools, and integrations or references to third-party services. GBI is not a bank account, deposit account, brokerage account, collective investment scheme, or insured savings product.

Dashboard figures, estimates, visualizations, referral records, and performance information are provided for platform administration and user visibility. They should not be interpreted as a promise of future performance, an offer of securities, or personal financial advice.

4. Digital Asset Risk Notice

Digital assets and related platform services involve material risk. Values may change rapidly, liquidity may be limited, transactions may be irreversible, and regulatory treatment may vary by jurisdiction. You should use only funds you can afford to lose and should obtain independent financial, tax, and legal advice where appropriate.

You acknowledge that technical incidents, market volatility, network congestion, exchange restrictions, counterparty failures, cyber incidents, smart contract defects, or changes in law may affect platform availability, asset values, or your ability to access features.

5. Purchases, Fees, and Tier Access

Access tier information, pricing, payout assumptions, lock-up periods, and promotional materials are displayed on the platform and may be updated from time to time. A purchase is not complete until the platform confirms it according to the applicable payment, blockchain, or internal processing rules.

Fees, network costs, conversion spreads, taxes, and third-party charges may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, purchases and completed transactions are final and may not be reversible due to changes in market conditions, user error, or a change of preference.

6. Rewards and Referral Program

The platform may make referral, direct bonus, team bonus, center bonus, or leadership bonus structures available. Referral eligibility, calculation methods, timing, and qualification standards may depend on account status, verified activity, tier level, compliance review, and platform rules in force at the time.

You must not market GBI using misleading income claims, guaranteed-return language, fabricated testimonials, pressure tactics, or statements that imply regulatory approval where none has been expressly confirmed. We may adjust, delay, reverse, withhold, or cancel rewards where we identify fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, prohibited marketing, chargebacks, sanctions concerns, or other compliance issues.

7. Verification, Compliance, and Restricted Use

We may require identity verification, wallet checks, source-of-funds information, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, or additional documentation before allowing account access, purchases, withdrawals, rewards, or referrals. Failure to complete a required review may limit or suspend access.

You must not use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, unlawful gambling, stolen funds, impersonation, unauthorized financial promotion, or any activity that violates applicable law or platform policy.

8. Platform Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform where required for maintenance, security, compliance, legal obligations, risk control, business changes, or third-party service limitations. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will remain available at all times.

9. Intellectual Property

The GBI name, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, dashboards, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to GBI. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from platform materials except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may reference exchanges, wallets, payment providers, analytics tools, blockchain networks, or other third-party services. Those services are operated by independent parties and are subject to their own terms, fees, privacy practices, risks, and availability. We are not responsible for third-party decisions, outages, pricing, custody practices, or content.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, market availability, and error-free performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GBI and its affiliates, officers, employees, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, loss of digital assets, or loss arising from market movements or third-party services.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform or other users, failed compliance review, engaged in suspicious activity, or used the service in a restricted jurisdiction. Suspension or termination does not release you from obligations that arose before the action was taken.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect platform changes, legal requirements, risk controls, or business practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
